Their primary objectives were to reduce operating costs by 80% and to offer a wide range of skills to ensure the best possible match between customer needs and the most suitable call agent. Phone.do quickly gained momentum and has since evolved into a large enterprise.

Today, the company's client base includes major corporations that have outsourced their customer service, sales, and technical support operations to Phone.do
